When using tools such as ChatGPT, your account, regional rules, and service availability are controlled by the platform. For streaming, available content and video quality also depend on your platform subscription, device, and actual connection. Check that the services you use are accessible, then choose an allowance based on your viewing and data transfer habits—it is more useful than relying on a plan name alone.

Get clients and subscription details from the user panel after logging in. This page does not provide installers or direct subscription links. If you are new, follow the setup guide to import a subscription and test your connection. If you run into an issue, open a support ticket in the panel with your device platform, the problem, and the steps you have already tried. Open your account and the plans page. Existing users can log in and view the plans. New users can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Make sure you are using the account where you want to receive your subscription to avoid confusing orders across accounts.
Check the plan, amount, and billing method. Monthly plans show a monthly allowance; data packs show a total allowance. For upgrades, also check the remaining usage time shown in the panel. Do not pay based on an old screenshot or a mental calculation—review the full order first.
Follow the payment page instructions. After choosing Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, use the payment details provided for the current order. For USDT, follow the network, amount, and instructions shown on that order page. Do not rely on a past order or external messages.
Return to the panel and check the status. After paying, review the original order and plan status, then get your client and subscription details. If the payment record and order status do not match, keep the relevant records and contact support through a ticket. Check the original order first; do not try to resolve a status issue by paying again.

How much do VPNAH plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month includes 250GB; ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. Compare monthly allowances with the total data in a pack before choosing.

How many devices can I use with one plan?

Unlimited devices. Compatible with Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. All devices use data from the plan on your account; unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Your subscription link is an account access credential. Keep it safe and do not share it publicly.

How many days do I have to request a refund, and how do I apply?

14-day, no-questions-asked refunds. Log in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, including the relevant order and your request. See the Terms of Service for eligibility details. Do not include your account password or full subscription link in a ticket. Track the request in the ticket thread.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel, review the order, and follow the payment page instructions. After payment, return to the panel to check the order and plan status. If the status has not updated, check the original order before trying to pay again.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before confirming, check the order and remaining time shown in the panel. Do not calculate the amount due by simply subtracting the listed prices of two plans.

Do data packs expire, or are they topped up each month?

Data packs last until used and never expire. The 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB figures are each pack's total allowance—not a monthly allowance—and data is not added each month. Packs suit irregular use. For regular use, compare a pack with a monthly plan based on your actual account usage.
