Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information is used to provide services when you use the VPNAH website, user panel and network acceleration subscription service, and how that information is managed. Privacy policies set by third-party websites and payment platforms are outside its scope.

Account and Order Information

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. An email address is not required for registration or to use the subscription service. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they will only be used to handle that request. Please do not submit personal information unrelated to the issue.

Account information is used to verify logins, identify subscription ownership and maintain account status. Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status and subscription changes. They are used to provide the service, verify payments, handle refunds and resolve billing disputes. Traffic usage is used to calculate plan allowances and is not the same as website browsing records.

When you submit a support ticket, VPNAH processes the issue description and any attachments you choose to upload. Remove passwords, login credentials and full subscription links first. Do not include this information in public screenshots or unrelated attachments.

Scope of the No-Logs Policy

VPNAH does not keep logs of the websites users visit through international routes, the content they access or their browsing history. It does not create activity profiles linking accounts to specific destinations.

Temporary operational status used to maintain a connection is processed only while handling that connection and is not retained as a persistent connection history. After a connection ends, VPNAH does not keep connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Subscription status, traffic usage and payment records are service administration data, not browsing logs.

This policy does not mean that the websites you visit follow the same practices. When you sign in to ChatGPT or another third-party service, that provider may handle account, device and access information under its own policy.

Website Analytics

Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, device and browser types, and whether buttons and onboarding flows work smoothly. This information is used to improve content and page compatibility. Analytics cover activity on the VPNAH website, not visits to other websites through subscription routes.

When you visit a webpage, network requests transmit your IP address and request information to the website infrastructure. This information is used to respond to requests, troubleshoot website issues and handle unusual traffic. It is not used to build cross-site browsing profiles. Do not include credentials in page links or support ticket titles, as they may be transmitted with request information.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to maintain login status, remember interface preferences and support website analytics. Login credentials are used to verify panel requests, so sign out after use on a shared device.

You can view, restrict or clear cookies and website storage in your browser settings. Clearing local storage may end your login session or reset interface preferences; restricting essential storage may affect panel functionality. Clearing browser data does not delete account or order records stored on the server.

Third-Party Payment Processing

VPNAH supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the payment channel you select or its payment processing service. A channel may collect information needed to complete a transaction under its own rules; please review its terms before paying.

VPNAH uses order identifiers, transaction results and necessary verification information to confirm payments, provide subscriptions and handle after-sales requests. Do not share payment account passwords with VPNAH. When information is provided to complete a transaction, meet applicable obligations or resolve a dispute, only information relevant to that purpose should be provided.

Data Retention, Deletion and Updates

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and support ticket records are retained as required for billing verification, after-sales support and applicable laws. Different data serves different purposes, so this policy does not promise a single fixed retention period. When a purpose ends and no retention obligation applies, the relevant data should be deleted or de-identified.

To access, correct or delete account information, submit a request through a user panel support ticket, specifying the information involved and the action you want taken. Account ownership may need to be verified before processing. Pending orders, disputes or legal retention obligations may limit what can be deleted; any such restrictions should be explained in the response.

Deleting account information may affect subscription use and access to past orders. Requests concerning third-party payment records should be made to the relevant payment channel. Updates to this policy will be published on this page along with a revised last-updated date. Significant changes to data use or processing scope will be announced on the website or in the user panel.
